Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms govern the Runnr early-access website and waitlist operated by WeAreRunnr, established in England. They do not yet govern the future Runnr app, which may have additional terms before launch. Contact us at ayushdiani@gmail.com.
Eligibility and agreement
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Runnr waitlist. By submitting the form, you confirm that you are 18 or over, that the information belongs to you and is accurate, and that you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not join the waitlist.
Early access
Joining records your interest but does not guarantee access, a launch date, availability in your city, acceptance into any test, or any particular app feature. The city threshold and other launch information are planning indicators rather than binding promises. We may change, pause, restrict, or end the waitlist or launch plan where reasonably necessary.
Communications and privacy
We may send operational messages connected with your waitlist request, such as material launch or early-access information. Marketing is separate and optional: we will send marketing emails only where permitted and you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, submit another person's details without permission, scrape or overload the service, evade security controls, or use the site unlawfully. We may block or remove submissions where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or protection of the service and its users.
Running and health information
Descriptions of running goals, pace, VO₂ Max, resting heart rate, HRV, or other health-related metrics are general product information and are not medical advice. Consult an appropriately qualified professional before making decisions about exercise or health. You remain responsible for exercising safely and within your abilities.
Third-party services and links
The website may mention or link to services such as running platforms, device providers, run clubs, events, or future integrations. Those services are controlled by third parties and have their own terms and privacy practices. A reference or link does not guarantee availability, compatibility, or endorsement.
Runnr materials
The Runnr name, branding, design, website content, and product materials belong to WeAreRunnr or its licensors. You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, sell, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected materials without permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Availability and disclaimers
The website and waitlist are provided on an “as available” basis. We aim to keep information accurate and the service available, but early-stage plans may change and interruptions or errors may occur. To the extent permitted by law, we do not give warranties that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, WeAreRunnr is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you used the website, losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, or business losses arising from personal use of this free early-access website.
Ending use
You may stop using the website and ask to leave the waitlist at any time. We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary because of misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the waitlist. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, and governing-law provisions—survive termination.
Changes
We may update these terms as Runnr develops. We will post the revised terms here and update the date above. If a change materially affects the waitlist, we will make reasonable efforts to provide additional notice. Changes do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you are a consumer living elsewhere, mandatory local consumer protections and any rights to bring proceedings in your home courts remain unaffected.
